How do I print several pages of a PDF file on a single sheet of paper?

Once you have opened the Print dialogue box, shown below, you have to take the following steps.

Print dialogue

  1. Click on the Multiple button and  select the required number of pages in the Pages per sheet dropdown.
  2. Click on Print to print the document
