Using Yellow Forms / The Oracle database from home

Using a PC

You need to be on the VPN to use Yellow Forms from home, and open Microsoft Edge in IE mode. 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the VPN using GlobalProtect.  If you haven’t got GlobalProtect setup on your PC, please refer to the VPN connection instructions, or .
  2. Open Microsoft Edge
    (Yellow Forms won’t work in Chrome, Firefox, Opera or any other browser)

  4. Visit the ITS Business Applications page
  5. Follow the link to Login to the database
  6. Log in using your Sussex username and your database password (this may not be the same as your usual Sussex password)

Using a Mac or Chromebook

  1. Connect to the VPN using GlobalProtect.  If you haven’t got GlobalProtect setup on your PC, please refer to the VPN connection instructions, or .
  2. Launch the Windows Remote : Software : ... : ITS : ÃûæÂÖ±²¥
  3. Open Microsoft Edge
    (Yellow Forms won’t work in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera or any other browser)
  4. Visit the ITS Business Applications page
  5. Follow the link to Login to the database
  6. Log in using your Sussex username and your database password (this may not be the same as your usual Sussex password)
