Biography
Phillippa is a 2nd Year Ph.D. student at SPRU (Science Policy Research Unit), under the supervision of , Dr Rebecca Vine and Dr Jenny Lieu. She holds a Biomedical Science B.Sc. with 1st Class Hons., alongside an M.Sc. in Innovation and Project Management from the ÃûæÂÖ±²¥. Her research on improving gender equality within major UK infrastructure projects has been successfully awarded the following funding: BMEc Research Development Funding (2017), Departmental SPRU Fee Waiver (2018) and ESRC SeNSS DTP Business Boost funding (2018). Under invitation, Phillippa has also presented her research as a guest speaker and panellist at the (SeNSS DTP)’s 2019 Business Boost Conference, and annual 2019 Summer Conference on social justice. As a Associate, Phillippa works alongside leading Project Management scholars in close conjunction with both industry and government. She is also an active member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Workstream of the ‘’, a nation-wide collaboration of major industry and government stakeholders.
