Clinical Legal Education (M3033)
30 credits, Level 6
Autumn and spring teaching
On this module, you’ll combine legal clinics and pro-bono projects, analysing their national and international evolution.
You’ll focus on two main units. In the first, you’ll learn about the history and evolution of pro-bono and clinic projects. This will prepare you for your individual pro-bono project and first assessment.
The other part of the module involves individual pro-bono projects. In various project streams (clinics), you’ll actively participate in, reflect on and evaluate your work in (stream specific) seminars. Lectures and formative presentations will feed into your final reflective portfolio.
