Save/Cancel
The save/cancel buttons are tucked away in their own tab to prevent accidental clicking.
Once you have altered the page content, title, URL, or any of the other elements as you require, you have a couple save options. You can 'save and finish' editing in which case if everything is successful you will be taken back to the page list, or you can 'save and continue' editing in which case the page content will save and become live but you'll remain in the form so you can continue to make changes.
Of course, if you want to scrap your changes then click on the 'cancel' button and you'll be taken page to the site structure page.
