Managing people lists
Select the ‘People’ tab to start managing people groups.
The concept of ‘deployments’ (see, ‘Managing your site’) also applies to people list groups. So if you’re able to select more than one deployment you’ll have to do this prior to seeing the people list. (If you have access to only one deployment then this will automatically be selected for you.)
The groups you create and maintain for the people list only relate to the selected deployment. However, the people shown in your people list (and therefore on the ‘A-Z’ list on your site) will be the same for any deployment.
Core information for the person, such as telephone number, room number, role information, biography, and so on are all adjusted by the individual via Sussex Direct.
