People list
The people list will look something like:
From here you can see the contact details for the person, whether they have been assigned to any groups and if they are a key contact. You can assign them to any groups that you have already created and mark them as a key contact for your department. The key contact indicator is a tick in the ‘key’ column. If there is no tick next to a person then they have not been designated a key contact.
To alter the key contact status or select one or more groups for the user to belong to, click on the list of groups for that user or none (which indicates the user has not yet been assigned to any group). When you do this a box will be displayed that allows you to make your selection. For example:
As can be seen, once you have selected the group or groups the person belongs to or have updated their key contact status, you must click on the ‘Assign to selected’ button (or ‘Cancel’ should you want to leave the status as it was).
