Adding a form

To create a new form, select the Add new form sub-menu option and you'll be presented with a blank form with a variety of options grouped together under the tabs, Form overviewForm elements, and Email messages.

To create a form you need to complete at least the form title and add one or more elements to the form - all the other fields in the tabs are optional but can help you tailor each form to your requirements.
