Editing a form
To edit a form, select the edit icon 
from the list of forms. Once you do that your form will be presented back to you with all the current options and you can edit the details from there.
It is not recommended that you alter the form elements once you have started getting users submitting the form else you will have mixed results (some users having submitted once set of elements, other users a different set, but all on the same form).
