Inserting a form into your site
A form can be inserted into your page via the form icon 
and using it will pop-up a window with any form on your site. Simply select the form and a placeholder will be inserted into your page where the form will be displayed.
What will show if the form is closed is determined by the what to show option when adding a form; it will either display nothing at all where the placeholder is or it will display the title, description (if supplied) and a generic message about it being closed (or when it will open is you specified an opening time and that has not yet been reached).
