Adding folders to pages

One advantage of creating folders and assigning files to them is that you can easily add that folder to a page on your site and have all the contents automatically displayed. When you update file details, folder details, delete files or add files to the folder then the listing on your page automatically updates without you having to do anything extra.

Linking a folder is done when you’re editing a page. Click on the ‘add folder’ icon in the editor and a pop-up window will appear listing all of your folders.  Select the folder you want to insert by clicking on the relevant row and it will be inserted in to your page. You can insert more than one folder on a page and once added it will be represented in your page similar to:
